We offer dedicated IP addresses, so that only your emails will be sent from that address. This means you will have complete control over your reputation. External reputations cannot impact you. You also have the option of renting a pool of IP addresses. You control which email is sent from which IP address. To further separate traffic, you can also set up different domains. One useful option would be the separation in password reset, account confirm, etc.

Complaint management

We use a sophisticated system which can assist you with complaint management and supplies data via webhook. Complaints transmitted via the feedback loop are also supplied via webhook.
